Below is a list of approved kidney transplant programs, listed from most active to least active, together with the total number of kidney transplants performed in 2001, the most recent year for which complete information is available. The totals for 2000 are included as a point of reference.

The year 2001 is the second year for which separate statistics are available for living-donor kidney transplants and cadaver kidney transplants.

Keep in mind the possibility that programs may have been started, expanded or contracted significantly, or withdrawn since this data was compiled.
